Lindfield Ministry Centre is made up of a group of professional counsellors who are committed to the care of people through counselling & prayer. The centre grew out of the heart of prayer ministry schools ten years ago and has successfully developed and blended prayer ministry approaches with professional counselling. We are committed to ongoing development in both professional and prayer ministry areas and particularly in bringing the two together.
While we are an independent organization we stay in relationship with like minded organizations to keep up to date with new developments in the counselling, therapy and prayer ministry fields. One of the ways we have done this has been by hosting The Christian Counsellors Association of Australia’s tri-annual meetings on the North Shore of Sydney. This has given counsellors, therapists and prayer ministers the opportunity to meet together to hear up to date developments in the field from keynote speakers in a relaxed atmosphere.
Supervision is available for clinicians and therapists..
In the area of prayer ministry we also offer prayer massage with a christian physiotherapist.
Prayer ministry training is available through the centre by means of Elijah House and Theophostic based ministry courses. In 2008 we have also branched into teaching and supervising the use of "Immanuel" interventions.
